The EB Assist ADTF 2 User Training targets new users which have not worked with EB Assist ADTF 2 yet. The training provides information about the user interface and the different modules, delivered with EB Assist ADTF 2. The participants will learn how to create, set up and run configurations. In addition, further modules and tools are introduced which gives the ability to efficiently work with EB Assist ADTF 2.
The EB Assist ADTF 2 Developer Training targets all EB Assist ADTF 2 users who have to develop new modules by using EB Assist ADTF 2 and its SDK. This training provides detailed information on the architecture and the different layers of EB Assist ADTF 2. The users will learn how to build their own modules from the scratch, adding new hardware devices and create visualization based on OpenGL and Qt. Additionally, the implementation of services and the interaction between services and their usability is explained in detail.
The EB Assist ADTF transition training – seamless migration from ADTF 2 to ADTF 3 targets users that have worked with ADTF 2 and want to migrate their ADTF 2 modules to the new ADTF 3 environment. In this training users learn how to set up an environment that allows to port modules one by one easily. Plus, users will learn how to easily port existing modules using the ADTF 2 legacy classes and how to completely implement their modules using the new SDK (Software Development Kit). The training also provides a brief introduction of the differences between ADTF 2 and ADTF 3.
The EB Assist ADTF 3 developer training is focused on EB Assist ADTF 3 users who need to develop new modules by using EB Assist ADTF 3 and its SDK. This training provides detailed information on the architecture and tools of EB Assist ADTF 3. The users will learn how to configure and create their EB Assist ADTF 3 system and data processing graphs. The training covers in detail the development of modules from scratch: filters for data processing, streaming services to connect to external devices, and services to extend the basic functionality of EB Assist ADTF 3. Additionally, the training provides detailed information on module communication and the implementation of visualization based on Qt and Open Scene Graph.
